Manchester United wide the point between other two strong contender Chelsea and Liverpool , after secure thier 12 consecutive league win over Everton last night. They only managed to score one goals over the Toffies after the referee award penalty at the end of first half. Before Chelsea and Liverpool clash at Anfield today, the devils already collect 53 point that mean any result today wil not affected their standing in EPL table.

Ferguson’s side have amassed 32 points from a possible 36, which is much better than the chasing pack and most definitely championship form. The hosts dominated the match and racked up a 12th successive clean sheet, allowing goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to break the English league football record for the most minutes without conceding a goal.

His tally now stands at 1,122 minutes having not conceded since Samir Nasri scored in the 2-1 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on 8th November.

Another dissapoint result for Rafa Benitez after his boys just manage to draw with Wigan yesterday. Yossi Benayoun give the visitor one goal ahead in the first half with his well finishing. However, they has been deny to grab away win when Mido who play his debut after come on load fro Middlesbrough stepped up and dispatched a late penalty to grab a draw, after Jason Koumas was fouled. This result make them down to third place in the league after Chelsea secure another home win. If Manchester United win over Everton this saturday the gap will wide to 5 point.

At Stamford Bridge Salamon Kalou’s double not just gave the Blues a valuable point after wiinning 2-0 over Middlesbrough but also bring them to second place on the table after Liverpool games end with draw.Boro failed to clear Frank Lampard’s corner and Kalou lashed a volley into the roof of the net after 58 minutes. At the 81st minute the Ivory Coast international score another goal and sealed the win with a close-range header.

Another result yesterday is 1-1 draw between Everton and Arsenal. Late equaliser from Van Persie award one point to the Gunners but the point gap with Aston Villa become widely.

Manchester United set another victory yesterday when send down West Brom 5-0 at the Hawthorns Stadium. This is another great 5-0 victory and they also create another record when not conceded any singles goal after 11 match. Credit to Van der Sar and their back four.

As referee Rob Styles raised his whistle to his lips at The Hawthorns on Tuesday 27th January 2009, a Premier League record was broken. All the goal are from from Dimitar Berbatov, Carlos Tevez, Nemanja Vidic and a brace from Cristiano Ronaldo sealed a 5-0 victory over West Brom at The Hawthorns , who had their skipper Paul Robinson sent-off just before half-time.

While it was certainly true to say they were missing some key performers, including Wayne Rooney, Patrice Evra and Anderson, they were boosted by the return of Rio Ferdinand at the heart of the defence for the first time since the Club World Cup final.
